How It Works

Preparation Process
  • Data Preparation: Issuer prepares a file containing the information to be represented as SecureCode.

  • Code Generation: Any input file is read through the SecureCode system to generate the SecureCode and it is stored as a .PNG image.

  • Printing: In the document printing process, the SecureCode image will be retrieved and printed on the certificate.

  • Issuance: The certificate with the printed SecureCode is issued to the end customer.

Verification Process
  • Scan: The SecureCode printed on the certificate is scanned by using a scanner, mobile phone camera, or web camera.

  • Validation: The validation software of SecureCode verification reads the authenticity through verification key provided by the issuing authority

  • Alert: On tampering of SecureCode, an alert message is flashed on the system

  • Display: Data stored in the SecureCode is displayed on screen, if valid
